Qualified returns must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt if the unit is proven defective and irreparable by an authorized service center of Midea

Servicing must be performed exclusively by authorized service center of Midea and Toshiba.
Exclusions from Warranty

No warranty applies to plastic components, panel discoloration, dents, scratches, and other cosmetic issues

Any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the unit.

Damage caused by force majeure, external cause or fortuitous events.
