  • No Return unless unit is proven defective by our authorized service center. For qualified returns, you have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. 
  • 6 Months Warranty on Parts and Labor. 
  • 6 Months Extended “Limited” Warranty on Compressor ONLY. 
  • 3 Months Warranty on Installation (if done by a CCAC/CMI- accredited installer). 
  • No Free GC and Regular Cleaning. 
  • No Warranty on Plastic Parts. 
  • No Warranty on Panel Discoloration, Dents, Scratches, and other Aesthetic Issues. 
  • Must be installed ONLY by an accredited installer, otherwise, warranty shall be void.
