Availability of Products

All product orders are subject to availability. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse you the amount that you may have paid for the product you ordered, upon your written request.

Refusal to Process Order

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always exert commercially reasonable efforts to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process or cancel an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the website or not processing an order notwithstanding that we have sent the Order Confirmation.

Payments

CCAC supports the following payment methods:

            1. Credit Card or Debit Card
            2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If payment confirmation is not received by CCAC within three (3) days, order will be automatically cancelled.

CCAC takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any loss or damages to the customer arising from shipping information and/or payment information entered by the customer or wrong remittance by the customer in connection with the payment for the items purchased. We reserve the right to check whether the customer is duly authorized to use certain payment method, and may suspend the transaction until such authorization is confirmed or cancel the relevant transaction where such confirmation is not available.

You may not claim against CCAC for any failure, disruption or error in connection with your chosen payment method. CCAC reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any payment method without notice to you or giving any reason.
