1. This warranty shall not cover direct or indirect losses resulting from the operation or malfunction of the product and Rabbit or its authorized sellers shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

2. This warranty shall not apply in case of defected resulting to the following:

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse and faulty or unauthorized installation of the unit.
  • Damage due to faulty electrical circuit, incorrect voltage or improper use of fuses.
  • Damage due to abuse, negligence, tampering and unauthorized repair affecting the performance of the unit.
  • Accidental damages such as flood, fire or other acts of God.

3. This warranty is void if the serial number is missing, altered or effaced and if not mailed withing 15days upon purchases.
