Being Mang Kosme’s first line of defense, the security team is indeed playing a crucial role to keep customers and employees safe and secure. Standing as the recipient of this honorable award is none other than Rowel Palero, who has exhibited a proactive approach to unexpected incidents guarded with professionalism. His commitment to his duty of safeguarding everyone makes him the epitome of a real hero. 

“Mabenta Award” 

As the name suggests, this award is given to employees who set the bar high when it comes to achieving the highest sales targets. This recognition signifies that the awardees have excellent product knowledge that cultivates strong customer trust and confidence in their recommendations. Representing this accolade are two of their warehouse staff, also known as Bodegeros, namely Jobel Marigondon and Bernard Canceran. They stand as inspirations for demonstrating that hard work and determination surpass any number of targets. 

“The Helping Hand Award” 

Earning this award is another distinguished warehouse staffer, Hardy Vergara, who has shown consistent initiative to offer a helping hand to his colleagues. He also serves as a role model for constantly adhering to company policies, having exemplary attendance, and embodying the spirit of teamwork.
