Product Condition
You might ask, "What’s the difference between Class A and class B products?" To help shed light on this frequently asked question, Class A products are those you can find in malls and other retailers. These products are 100% in compliance with quality control measures and selling standards.
Class B products are also brand new, authentic and fully functional appliances with minimal aesthetic imperfections such as minor panel discolorations, small dents and scratches and other minor aesthetic flaws. Class B products are sold on an ‘As is, where is,’ basis. That is to say, aesthetic imperfections are not covered by your warranty.
Mang Kosme also offers Class B2 units at much lower prices! Class B2 products are pre-owned (used for more or less than a month), may have major dents or scratches, have system repairs, and have no box. Nevertheless, these appliances remain fully functional.
Quality Inspection and Product Returns
Rest assured that all appliances have undergone quality inspection before we send them out to customers. However, for refrigerators, air conditioners, and washing machines that are proven to be defective by our authorized service center, returns can be made within 7 days of receipt.
Meanwhile, small appliances that are proven to be non-functional can be returned within 3 months from the day of receipt. Please take note that your unit must only be serviced by our accredited service center. Otherwise, the warranty will be void.
